1. Quang Noodle
Needless to say, Quang noodle is a famous dish in Da Thanh. The thick, hard and rough rice noodles is the characteristic creating the soul of this dish. Quang noodle does not have an "immutable" recipe, but is very diverse: Quang noodle with pork chop, Quang noodle with catfish, Quang noodle with eel, Quang noodles with fried crab ... but the "traditional" Quang noodle consists of shrimp, chicken, eggs, meat. Specifically, the indispensable ingredients of Quang noodle roasted peanuts and crispy sesame rice paper.

2. Nam O fish salad
As a delicious and special food of Danang, but few people dare to try this dish because it is made from raw fish. Nam O fish salad can be prepared from sardines, tớp fish, anchovy...; however, the most delicious and the most appropriate ingredient to make fish salad if herring. Herrings which are bigger than the fingers are cut the head, tail, stomach, removed bones, separated itself into two and chopped into pieces, squeezed and drained, after that they are marinated with ginger, galangal, finely chopped garlic and thính (powdered grilled rice).

There are two ways of eating fish salad: fish and vegetables wrapped in rice paper or fish with vegetables dipped in sauce and eat. With the first way, you put vegetables on rice paper, pick up a few pieces of fish marinated with galangal, powdered grilled rice, roll the rice paper up and dip in a bowl of sauce and "bite". Fresh meat is sweet, the sauce is meaty and delicious, the galangal, chili flavor mixed with other types of leaves bearing forest flavor make the indescribable lightheadedness when something tasty penetrates every cell of the tongue.
